3. Personal tax returns for the last 2 years with ALL schedules.
4. Copy of the most recent checking/savings/retirement statements covering the last 2 months, ALL pages.
5. Purchase agreement and a copy of earned money check.
6. The contact information of Homeowners Insurance.
7. Copy of photo id and social security cards for all borrowers.
8. A written explanation of credit anomalies, including late payments, credit inquiries, charge-offs, collections, judgments and/or liens.
